INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION , a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Distribution Center Swing Shift Supervisor at the IFA Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure a safe work environment for all associates working in the DC. Ensure good communication with the DC management, receiving office, and associates that are being supervised. Exemplify integrity, responsibility, and excellence in adhering to all policies with all associates. Oversee, assign, and follow through with team members on assignments each working shift. Assist the Receiving office in investigation of discrepancies. QUALIFICATIONS: Able to work 40 hours a week. Reliable-able to be on time for work every assigned shift. Organized-time management both personal and with a team of associates Able to train and re-train associates that are working with the night crew. Able to maintain FIFO with deliveries that are incoming to make sure they are received in the correct order. Proficient on all equipment including forklifts: sit-down, reach, order picker. Able to problem solve and investigate discrepancies on deliveries that are being received. 4-5 years of warehouse experience preferred SAP experience preferred Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills required IFA is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Posted by ApplicantPro
