68 top 70 CPM. 2 Full days off every weekend and a minimum pay program. We offer new equipment with Satellite Radio, Direct TV, 24-inch flat-screen TV, and Refrigerator at no charge. We have a family atmosphere, and you will have no doubt you are at home with us the minute you walk into our orientation. Location: Hartford, CT Job Type: Experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver Pay: $1,300 to $1,400 depending on the program you choose, Minimum Pay Program CPM: 68 to 70 CMP Average Performance Bonus: $100 per week Longevity Bonus: $3500 after one year of employment Home Time: 2 full days home on the weekend Equipment: 2019-2021 Automatic Freightliner Cascadia Freight: General freight, 100% no-touch freight Experience: 6 months in 36 months or 1 year in 5 years. Benefits: Major Medical, 401K, Vacation and Holiday Pay Job Details Pay and home time: 5-day Class A CDL Truck Driver will be out 5 nights per week and will be home on the weekend for a minimum of 48 hours. We do not require you to get in the truck the minute your 48 hours are up. When your next load is ready, you will leave out so your home time could be up to 55 hours per week. You will get paid every Friday by direct deposit and the average pay is $1,300 to $1,400 per week with a minimum pay of no less than $1,200 per week. The minimum pay program provides you with security knowing if something goes wrong that you will never have a low paycheck. Duties: As a Class A CDL Truck Driver you will be hauling general freight throughout the Northeast and as far as Illinois in the Midwest. We do have some hazmat freight and it is optional. You will never have to go to NYC. Our freight is 100% no-touch freight with 50-60% being drop and hook. We provide an E-Z pass and I-Pass. You will be paid for all miles loaded or empty and paid to drive home for home time. Equipment Details : Fully loaded, well-maintained 2019-2022 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmissions. All trucks are equipped with Sirius XM, Direct TV, 24-inch flat-screen TV, Refrigerator, Battery operated APU, 1500-watt Inverter, and double bunks if you want to bring a rider. As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will take your truck and trailer home with you so you will need a safe place to park it. Orientation: By joining our team as a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will know when you walk into our orientation that you have chosen a company to call home. We offer travel to orientation, a single-person hotel room, and all meals paid for. You will be paid $500 for orientation. Benefits: 401K with company contribution Excellent benefits package including Major Medical, Dental, and Prescription. Paid Vacation after 1 year Holiday pay for all major Holidays and guaranteed to be home for the holiday. Rider program for family 18 and older. No wait time. They can even stay in the hotel during orientation. Pet Policy: One dog is allowed with no weight or breed restrictions. Safety bonus, Detention, Layover and Stopover Pay Qualifications: Class A License (CDL-A) Current DOT medical card 6 months in 36 months or 1 year in 5 years Urine pre-employment drug test Interview Process: You will complete a full Department of Transportation application, we will run all CDL A Driver reports to include PSP, DAC, MVR and employment verifications. Once we have received all reports we will call you with an offer of employment. Once you accept the offer of employment we will schedule an orientation date and get travel to orientation in place. Once you arrive at orientation you will take a pre-employment drug test, a new DOT physical, and complete a road test. We will go over all company and equipment information. Orientation begins on Wednesday and you will be in your assigned truck under a load by Friday afternoon. Transportation, single person hotel room and meals provided. We pay $500 orientation pay which you will receive $250 when you leave orientation and $250 on your first check.
