Transform Energy is seeking team members to install Commercial grid-tied PV systems. In this position, the PV Installer will provide support to the crew lead of the installation team and ensure the completion of installation of all solar arrays/systems. This position requires travel and hotel stays paid by employer. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Install solar systems and associated electrical equipment Follow safe working practices are followed at all times on the job site Support the Crew Lead to assure the successful completion of systems Complete all work efficiently and to a high-quality standard Layout and assembly of solar modules/array and mounting hardware Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC) Operate machinery Document completion of installation Clean up of job site Ensure outstanding customer service standard is met Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety Additional duties required as needed SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year of commercial solar installation experience required High school diploma or GED required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Professional appearance; Strong customer service; Must have a strong work ethic; Occasional travel required. Valid driver's license and successful completion of background check. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experienced with reading and interpreting plan sets Electrical experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
