Description:
Bilingual Case Aide Catholic Social Services (CSS) in partnership with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is starting a new program to provide foster care, treatment and educational services to assist unaccompanied children caught in the humanitarian crisis that has been occurring on our southern borders. Essential Functions: Provides support to the case management team. Assists with intake process and with completing initial paperwork. Assists with documentation preparation and filing. Assists with foster parent training including documentation and any necessary follow up. Audits files, reports findings to supervisor and provides follow up with document retrieval for the files. Works with the case manager to help facilitate a safe and timely release for the children. Attends required trainings. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to be flexible, creative and work in a diverse setting. Demonstrated written and verbal skills.
