Our Opportunity We're hiring a full time Financial Solutions Specialist to join our Parma branch! We are people helping people. Who You Are: Our ideal teammate is a brand ambassador who is passionate about serving members. We want to meet candidates who live and breathe customer service and are passionate about helping our members with their immediate and future financial needs, while seamlessly transitioning between teller and platform roles throughout the day. Good credit is important to us, as we are a financial institution. Responsibilities: Provide an exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling member needs from sales to service. Perform teller transactions, open new accounts, take loan applications, complete loan closings, and everything in-between. Recommend appropriate financial products and services to members Provide expertise on a variety of complex credit union services such as IRAs, share certificates, electronic funds transfer, online banking, etc. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have 2+ years' experience in: Cash handling Customer service Sales and cross-selling experience Minimum of high school diploma or GED Other Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers; speaking clearly, hearing and understanding; visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; should be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. *Sign-on bonus available for new teammates who start with the company beginning June 1, 2021, for a limited time only. A sign-on bonus of $500, which is subject to tax, will be paid to during the pay period following 90 days of employment.
