Benefits: Full Benefits Program consisting of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA or HSA, EAP, 401(k), ESOP, and company stock ownership program, 9 Paid Holidays, generous paid-time-off program, and Health &Wellness Reimbursement Pay Rate : $65,000 - $89,000 Communications Coordinator Delve Underground seeks a communications coordinator primarily responsible for assisting with various tasks for the creation and maintenance of Delve Underground's website, social media channels, electronic newsletter, and other internal and external communications (digital and printed). This is an exciting opportunity to bring your unique communication ideas and skills into the continuously changing and growing engineering/construction industry. In this role, you will work in conjunction with the Communications Director to develop strategies that highlight and promote key projects and services and promote company awareness on the Delve Underground website and various social media accounts; and support other communications initiatives as needed. Successful candidates are stellar storytellers with knowledge and interest in content creation. Qualified candidates understand visual storytelling, using their narrative know-how to create elevated concepts that they can create with sometimes short turnarounds. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a communications or communications related position. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat DC; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge and understanding of current graphic design trends in digital media/social media. Ability to think creatively and translate technical and non-technical ideas into digital content pieces. Knowledge of motion graphics and content creation. Strong listening and communication skills, verbal and written. The capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of working within a brand framework, video editing, and SEO best practices is desired, but not required. Ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot when priorities shift. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing or in a related field, is a plus.
