Our Director of Culinary Experience (Culinary Director) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and staffing for the community kitchen and dining experience. Direct and manage all food and beverage staff including front and back of house operations. Achieve all budgetary goals. Ensure resident satisfaction through a top-notch dining experience. Maintain all departmental documentation according to state and federal regulations. Plan and execute all menus and meal preparation and events. Maintain inventory control of food, alcohol, supplies, and equipment. Food, alcohol, and equipment purchasing. Recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate staff. Revise duties for F&B staff. Provide a safe and comfortable work environment. Monitor all food handling procedures. Maintain a professional appearance. Continually explores means of revenue enhancement and expense reduction. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! 3+ years of hands-on experience in food preparation. 5+ years of progressive management experience. 2 - 5 years of both front and back of the house experience.
