We are currently hiring a Training Center Receptionist to work at our Woolworth Training Center in Milwaukee, WI lo cation. This position is best suited for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a career with-in a well-established company. This role will be onsite with a 7/7:30am start time. WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO? Job responsibilities for this role include: General office administrator duties Customer service for Auer Steel's Milwaukee Training Center Scheduling for all Training Center activities. Maintain training records (e.g., schedules, attendance sheets, manuals, etc.) Prepare classrooms and keep them properly set up, daily. Prep and cleanup for scheduled training classes (arrange catering, etc.) . Create, review, and disseminate training material, such as instructional notes, feedback forms and so on Prepare reports on training activities and results. Social Media content capture and creator (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Outreach to schools, colleges, and high schools, to promote student engagement. Recruiting and promotion of classes . Other duties as assigned as position evolves. WHAT IS REQUIRED? This position is best suited for an individual with: Proven success in office administration Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management and multitasking abilities Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
