A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Business Systems Specialist The Business Systems Specialist is responsible for the configuration, deployment, training, optimization, and support of CHC's Product Development and Configuration solution. This position provides operational and project support to end users of the application. This position is instrumental in the Company's ongoing efforts to standardize and streamline business systems and processes. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Product Development & Training. Located just off Route 25 in Monroe , we are centrally located between Danbury and Bridgeport. Benefits include PTO, annual incentive plan with target of 2% of annual base pay (1% guaranteed/max is 3%,) free tele-med plan, health care (including medical/dental/vision), 401k with match, STD/LTD/Life insurance, employee referral bonus, and quarterly goal-based rewards. Pay a nd Schedule - $75, 000 - $80,000 annually , depending on experience. This position will be on-site at our Monroe facility, M-F. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage of our Product Development and Configuration solutions Assist with the assessment of customer and/or business process requirements Oversee and maintain master data for all systems Develop and implement data control procedures Provide troubleshooting and resolution of user issues Participate on project teams responsible for application software implementations and upgrades; determine project scope and staff resources required to complete projects; prepare project work plans and timelines. Monitor project milestones and report project progress to management Work closely with technical staff, vendors, and outside consultants to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Create application test cases and perform quality testing. Ensure documentation, such as process flows, training guides, procedures and test scripts, are maintained and updated regularly. Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology field required At least 7 years of experience maintaining ERP solutions Sage ERP experience a big plus Manufacturing / Warehouse experience preferred Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
