As a Dunkin' Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading, coaching, managing and developing your team. You will focus on brand standards in food safety, recipes, and systems, as well as financial responsibility in labor and food cost. The Assistant General Manager will assist in the following aspects: People Development: The ability to train, coach and develop the right talent for your restaurant. Guest Experience: Upholding the highest food quality and guest service standards while developing marketing acumen. Financial: Ability to understand sales growth, cost management, and profit growth. Operations: Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices. To Qualify for this position, you must: Have at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience Be at least 18 years old. Have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent. Quick service restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Be willing to be flexible in scheduling based on business and team needs and trends. ServSafe certification preferred, but not required. You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts, not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
