FNA Group is a highly fast-paced environment with an eye on innovation and career development for its associates. FNA Group has a Supply Chain Manager position available in our Mesquite, TX facility. The Supply Chain Manager will report to the Plant Manager and will drive excellence in supply chain operations for the Mesquite facility, ensuring products are delivered defect free and on time. Responsibilities: (High Level) Ensure implementation and achievement of subsequent inventory targets for raw materials, production items, and finished goods. Provide leadership for teams accountable for the inbound, outbound and planning aspects for the supply chain of the Mesquite facility. Maintain appropriate talent, support and coordination in order to protect the flow of products through the plant. Oversee Production Planning group to ensure requirements are in line with stated capacities and that inventory levels are managed to meet expected customer service requirements. Facilitate planning discussions with global supply chain to find ultimate balance between plant efficiencies and forecast / supply chain requests. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant discipline preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience performing in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with ERP systems, with Sage / MAS 500 being a significant plus.
