Billing Specialist Responsibilities: Generate invoices and credit memos for customers, Review and handle errors and issues for specific company terminals and enter special pricing, Assist with the maintenance of customer data, and help with other billing department functions, including reconciliations, Work with customers and various company departments to help resolve invoice issues, and Working with Company Accountants and Credit Department to research and correct misapplied or unapplied payments. Billing Specialist Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent One year of prior related experience, with prior bookkeeping or billing experience being preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook SAP experience is a plus Ability and initiative for reasoning and problem solving Interested applicants should respond with a cover letter and resume.
