Job Location: Malvern, AR Work Schedule Monday - Friday 5 a.m. - 3:30pm . SYSTEMS, LLC (DLM Division), a successful and g rowing Metals Manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control Technician for our growing MALVERN facility. This individual will be responsible for t he quality control inspector ensures that manufactured product meets quality and safety standards before being shipped to customers Description of Duties and Job Responsibilities Follows written inspection and testing procedures to ensure manufactured product meets established construction, aesthetic, and operational standards Carry out quality assessment measures of all products ready to be shipped Rejects all non-conforming product before it ships to the customer Records inspection results by completing forms, summarizing re-work, and inputting data into a quality database Uses gauges such as go/no-go and other devices to ensure product was built to standards Be aware of Engineering and or process changes that affect product quality (ECN's) Immediately reports re-occurring quality issues to Management Updates QC knowledge by participating in educational opportunities sponsored by the company Ensures jigs/tools have been returned to the correct storage location at days end Other duties as assigned Work Schedule 5am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday) Average work week 47-50 hours Preferred Qualifications Must be punctual and dependable Welding experience Proficient written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail and be vigilant enough to identify the variances in products to meet quality control standards At least 2 years recent experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read tape measure and blueprints Ability to always follow instructions and processes Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access Ability to stand up 10 hours per day High School diploma or college degree preferred Systems, LLC offers competitive pay, compressed work-week and a great environment.
