River Brook Healthcare, in Homerville, GA has an excellent opportunity for an expereinced Social Services Director.In this position you will assist in the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluation of the the overall operation of our Facility's Social Services department. You will ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator.
