Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire a Central Stores Tech. The Central Stores Technician, under the supervision and direction of the Materials Manager, performs duties involving the care, charging of items and supplies utilized in the hospital. He/she should be mature, accurate, and flexible in his/her dealing with other people. SKILLS: Organization Some computer skills Medical terminology familiarity Filing Copy machine usage Knowledge of equipment/supplies EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High School Education 3 months of experience in hospital facility preferred Previous experience in Central Stores preferred As an affiliate of Norton Healthcare, we enjoy the best of both worlds - access to all the resources of the largest health system in Louisville, while retaining local ownership and leadership in daily operations.
