Work Location: Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: • Participates in onboarding and weekly new employee orientation presentations• Strong working knowledge of Kronos• Participates in Kronos provided trainings to keep current on upcoming changes and requirements• Works with the training department to ensure Relias and Kronos updates are processed timely and correctly• Processes updates and changes within Kronos• Ensures new employee and certain other documents are uploaded to the Kronos HRIS database and that there are no duplicative personnel shadow files• Utilizes MCR Health general protocols for certain non-HR activities, such as the Incident Reporting system• Escalates requests for discipline and/or terminations to MCR Health HR before acting• Escalates workers' compensation claims and Family What you need to bring to this role: • Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required• Experience working with and maintaining Kronos HRIS or other HRIS database systems strongly preferred • Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency required• Experience with Relias preferred **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
