Work Location(s): Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will: Provide EHR training and support to our new employees Develop training materials and coordinate the training schedule Serve as the go-to person for EHR/EMR questions and reporting needs What you need to bring to this role: Education must be one of the following: Active Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN with 2+ years' experience working clinically 2+ years' experience as an EHR end-user required Proficient in Microsoft Office required 1+ years' experience with in/formal training and support preferred 1+ years' administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred FQHC experience preferred Experience with Athenahealth and/or NextGen EHR/EMR a plus Valid driver license required Ability to move between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Tech savviness and comfortable with technology Polished in both personal appearance and interactions Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
