The Jerry Seiner Dealerships Service Call Center in Salt Lake is hiring for a full-time position. We are a fun and productive team that is busy and looking to grow. We want friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals who are driven and dependable and looking for a company that will give them security and a long-term career with excellent benefits. General Job Information: On Site | Full-time (35-40-hour work week) Hourly base plus commission ($25-45k per year) Flexible work hours Open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, 8-5 on Saturdays, Closed Sundays Duties include: Making outbound courtesy calls to customers to drive appointments into the service department. Respond to our customers via phone, email, text, and chat. Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction Excellent problem -solving and communication skills (Written and verbal) Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, promotions, services, and needs of the dealerships. Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business. Working computer and phone skills will be important to succeed in this position Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus Type30+ wpm is a plus Experience " The Seiner Difference !"
