Location: Onsite Baton Rouge, LA Summary: We have immediate opening for a full-time Helpdesk Technician. The ideal candidate must be an independent results-driven professional that possess 1+ years of Helpdesk experience with a focus in Microsoft O365 functionality. This position will work with the Computer Systems Technician and Information Technology Director to ensure all project needs are being met. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Monitor Helpdesk and other Project based avenues (Teams, Phone calls, etc.) and assist users in a timely fashion. Responsible for maintaining log off all requests for assistance and what measures were taken to resolve them. Assist the Computer Systems technician with assorted tasks not limited to: Reimage laptops Assist office users Maintain/organize IT Office Inventory Add and remove users in many different platforms not limited to Microsoft O365, RingCentral, Adobe etc. Will be required to ship equipment to users hired for a project and retrieve the same equipment on termination. Requirements: Excellent troubleshooting ability. Ability to manage time efficiently (multi-tasking). Comfortably manage multilevel projects at one time and including a wide array of technologies. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Communicate directly with management and customers in a professional manner (Written and Oral communication). Timely Responses Business Etiquette Must have your own reliable transportation, occasionally be able to travel to project locations and deliver and/or pick up IT equipment to include servers, network equipment, desktops, monitors, and printers. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Overtime including weekends and Holidays may be required on occasion.
