Utility Coordinator Erus Energy , A leading Solar Energy Company is looking for a Utility Coordinator. Responsibilities: This position is responsible to determine material that are required for disconnection and reconnection of the systems. Overseeing the Solar Installation. Will be in charge of contacting the cities and schedule shutdown dates with the installers, inspectors, clients and electrical providers. Work with Utility companies to coordinate. Will be expected to provide assistance in the office when requested. Updating NetSuite on all information regarding individual projects. Confirm material availability/ Order the material Checking to make sure all material has been delivered when it arrives Checking to make sure all material for the project of the next day is completed Check the pictures sent by the installers of the projects being the correct ones (Site evals, roof, electrical, etc.) Qualifications: Preferably a Licensed Electrician Must be Organized and have the ability to Multi-task Effective communication skills and phone etiquette Proficient with Computer Skills Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience.
