Salal Credit Union is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our employees. The IT Service Desk Technician will work alongside the Service Desk team to provide stellar customer service to all levels of employees. This position will also assist in the documentation, creation, modification, and termination of user accounts and will image and deploy end-user equipment . The ideal candidate for this role will have at least one year of relevant IT experience working in a fast-paced environment . We are looking for someone with a dedication to providing a positive end user experience . This position does require a rotating Saturday schedule and occasional travel to our 4 Seattle area branches. Training for this position will take place at our Northgate Headquarters in Seattle for the first 4-6 weeks of employment. After training, this position will be eligible for a hybrid in-office and remote work position. What you'll do in this role: Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and applications using an internal ticketing system. Image and deploy end-user equipment. Create and update documentation for processes and procedures. Participate in remediation for critical outages, incident responses, and compliance issues. Compensation and benefits offered: Competitive base salary of $23.25 - $32.55 per hour depending on experience. This range reflects the entire salary range for the position. The target salary range for a qualified candidate will be $26.00 - 29.00 per hour. Potential to earn additional compensation through our profit-sharing bonus program. This position qualifies for the Employee tier of the program with semi-annual payouts each totaling between 0-5% of annual salary. Comprehensive healthcare benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. Our high deductible plan options include a health savings account (HSA) with annual company-paid contributions. 15 days of vacation time, 12 days of sick time, and 1 additional floating holiday each year.
