SUMMARY O versee the bank's marketing function and create, implement and direct the bank's overall marketing strategy, including all forms of marketing; both traditional and digital. Oversee and assist in managing the bank's corporate donations and giving budgets and work with the Mercantile Bank Foundation board. Be a strategic partner and assist all lines of business to assure the bank's sales and growth goals are achieved. Graphics/images/design ii. Campaign creation and maintenance iii. Messaging - content for website, emails, flyers, social posts, etc. iv. Press releases v. Social Media - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, (Mortgage QC) vi. Media placement and traffic b. Digital: i. Website page development/layout ii. Internal Intranet - technical fixes, server updates, page layouts, adding information iii. Q2 Smart/Discover - Build audiences, add campaigns, run reports/create prospect lists iv. 360 View/Constant Contact - Build audiences, set up new campaigns, run reports v. Online reviews and responding/tracking complaints vi. Server maintenance and security certificates c. Administrative: i. Compliance approvals ii. Events and donations management/tracking iii. Giving committees iv. Bank Foundation v. Budget tracking - both the department and the geographical markets d. Communications: i. Internal communications related to new products, new product features, etc. ii. External communications reviewing customer letters, emails, messaging, etc. At Mercantile Bank we maintain excellence by having high expectations for the way we do our work. Equivalent job-related education or experience will be considered if the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the functions of the job are proven.
