General Manager Responsibilities: Delivering superior guest services and ensuring an excellent service experience Staffing, Hiring, Training, and Retention of team members Managing the mentor process & goal setting for entire staff Scheduling a staff of 30+ team members Labor management with the skill of consistently hitting results Daily and weekly management of shifts while upholding QSC Ability to conduct inventories Daily, Weekly, & Monthly food cost management Profit and Loss statement understanding and cost management Manage the repair, maintenance, & overall cleanliness of the restaurant Uphold health & food safety of the restaurant Requirements Minimum of 2 year's management experience Minimum of 1-year kitchen experience Self-Motivated with great leadership capabilities Ability to work a min of 55 hours a week & more if needed Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty) Ability to make effective decisions Excellent verbal & written communication skills A stable work history with positive references We value all our team members at BurgerFi and look to provide mutual success.
