Premier Medical Resources is seeking a Remote Teams (Manager) for our office in the Jersey Village area (77040). The Manager, Remote Teams (Manager) is responsible for managing the flow of contingent workers in and out of the organization in accordance with predefined clearance, on-boarding, and off-boarding activities. The Manager partners with third-party suppliers to identify contingent workers that can best support the staffing needs of the business units. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Staffing Qualify job specification with business unit managers to understand the skills requirements of RTS staff. Partners with RTS third party vendors to source and screen candidates. Facilitate interview process with business unit managers. Assist business unit managers in addressing RTS staff performance. Training and Development Train and motivate RTS staff to provide excellent service to customers. Leads monthly team meetings, asking questions to better understand RTSA staff members are receiving, learning, and coach RTS staff regarding processes and practices. Develop RTS staff training related to department processes and functions for each department. Coordinate the training of each department's activities/responsibilities: RTS staff orientation including job skills, policy and procedures and use of EMR systems Training of all new RTS staff on all EMR systems Coordinating with IT and setting up all EMR logins for all RTS hires Onboarding all RTS hires and coordinating with IT for all technology access Ensures new RTS hire training is comprehensive with clear expectations Ensures training documents or manuals are comprehensive and up to date. Maintains current knowledge of rules and regulations and educates RTS staff on any variations. Prepare RTS staff to schedule appointments, retrieve information about pending prescriptions, referrals, and direct the caller to correct clinical staff or appointing team as needed. Reporting Assist in the development of RTS key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly reports on metrics and workforce trends for each business unit. Conflict Resolution Answers RTS staff questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives. Handles escalated service issues. Resolve complex customer service issues and ensure appropriate follow through. Assures that pertinent information is effectively communicated to RTS staff regarding scheduling changes related to provider schedules, new providers preferences, telephone messages, and clinic updates. Assists in ensuring RTS staff is provided with appropriate resources. Identify and resolve problems, develop actions plans for process improvement, quality assurance, training, and development. Quality Assurance Retain and demonstrate quality assurance standards, while listening to recorded calls to further examine any concerns or necessary reviews as needed for the staff. Monitor individual RTS staff results to identify and act on both positive and negative performance trends to ensure attainment of performance targets. Monitor calls to observe RTS staff demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policy. Works with upper management to generate strategy and operational initiatives, and policies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Direct and successful experience in procuring global professional services, outsourced workforce, and business process outsourcing. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and collaborate / partner with others in a complex environment. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and facilitation skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including World, Outlook, and strong Excel skills. Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate a vested interest in team goals and objectives Personal accountability and ability to work independently. Critical problem-solving skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Four (4) years of relevant work experience Two (2) years of workforce management experience One (1) year business process outsourcing experience (BPO) WORK SCHEDULE: On-site position Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM BENEFITS: Full Benefits through Blue Cross Blue Shield 401 K with employer contribution PTO Accrual ABOUT US: Premier Medical Resources, LLC is a healthcare management company headquartered in NW Houston near the Jersey Village area.
