Title: Training Lead Instructor Full-Time - Contingent on Contract Award (Anticipated Award March 2023) Location: Fort McCoy, WI Company: Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC Who We Need: Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a Training Lead Instructor for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support. Responsibilities: Personnel Management of daily staff operations of courses and duties assigned by the Training Manager. Works with the training manager and clinical training manager to develop support plans and workflow for class/course preparations. Directs training staff on daily work assignments and schedules. Reviews instructor training schedules and plans for completeness and submits training plans to the training manager for review. Serves as the direct supervisor for travel related to mobile training teams (MTT) Responsible for ensuring all post-course details are provided by the training staff in the required time. Ensures all classes and courses run efficiently and challenges to training are transparent to the customer. Tracks staff instructor certification and evaluation requirements to ensure compliance with PWS. Serves as the primary instructor for all 5 core DEPMEDS courses and Hospital leadership level courses. Minimum Requirements: Four years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) with troop-leading experience. Must have experience with military training concepts and organizational structure. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
