Title: DEPMEDS Instructor Full-Time - Contingent on Contract Award (Anticipated Award March 2023) Location: Fort McCoy, WI Company: Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC Who We Need: Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a DEPMEDS Instructor for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support. Responsibilities: Serves as Subject matter expert and Primary instructor for Hospital Center Doctrine and Core DEPMEDS related subjects. Serves as the Primary instructor for all end-user level Hospital Center Facilities equipment training. Serves as a primary instructor on 2D/ 3D computer design software (ex: AutoDise) as it pertains to DEPMEDS and hospital layout planning. Serves as an assistant instructor to the S6 Section Instructor for OHIT systems planning and set-up. Serves as a primary instructor for all core DEPMEDS courses. Manages and maintains DEPMEDS static training area to ensure dependable utilization. Works with the training manager, training lead, and clinical manager to establish training scenarios. Serves as the sub hand receipt holder and is end-user responsible for equipment assigned to DEPMEDS. Responsible for identifying material requirements for the DEPMEDS static training area. Minimum Requirements: Recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in the field environment. Must have experience with military training concepts and organizational structure. Must obtain a rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
