Title: Dental/CMS Instructor/Trainer Full-Time - Contingent on Contract Award (Anticipated Award March 2023) Location: Fort McCoy, WI Company: Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC Who We Need: Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a Dental/CMS Instructor/Trainer for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support. Responsibilities: Serves as subject matter expert and primary instructor for the Hospital Center and Area Support Dental Company section courses. Serves as the primary instructor for all end-user level biomedical equipment training assigned to the dental section. Serves as the primary instructor for CMS training as it pertains to dental operations. Serves as the Primary instructor for OHIT and other computer-based programs as they pertain to the dental section. Serves as a primary instructor on 2D/ 3D computer design software (ex: AutoDise) as it pertains to DEPMEDS and dental section set-up planning. Serves as a primary instructor for core DEPMEDS courses. Serves as site faculty and primary instructor for BLS, ALS, and PALS. Works with clinical training manager to develop training scenarios for customer units on dental section operations to include mass casualty operations. Serves as the sub hand receipt holder and is end-user responsible for equipment assigned to the dental section. Responsible for identifying material requirements for the dental section. Minimum Requirements: Four years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non- Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in a Role 2, 3, or 4 dental unit as a 68E series MOS or sister service equivalent. Must have experience with military training concepts and organizational structure. Must obtain rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire. Must possess or obtain BLS instructor certification within 180 days of hire. Must possess or obtain ALS and PALS instructor certification within 1 year of hire. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
