Title: Clinical Training Manager Full-Time - Contingent on Contract Award (Anticipated Award March 2023) Location: Fort McCoy, WI Company: Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC Who We Need: Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a Clinical Training Manager for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support. Responsibilities: Management of all clinical training courses and event requirements with customer units Management of staff schedules set by the training manager related to daily work requirements of the training section staff. Management and coordination with RTS-MED government and contract staff on clinical training logistics. Management of the implementation of clinical training updates and course modernization to support Army needs. Personnel development through evaluation of instructors on clinical skills and instruction, using standardized assessment tools. Management of customer unit long-term exercise(s) or mobilization goals in collaboration with the training manager (working with units 1-3 years in advance). Serves as a primary or assistant instructor for Hospital Center Primary Leadership Level Courses, such as Ward Master Course and EXNET. Serves as the subject matter expert on qualification and certification requirements for internal training programs such as BLS, ALS, and PALS. Serves as the program director for BLS, ALS, and PALS programs and ensures all site validation requirements are met with Military Training Network (MTN). Serves as the subject matter expert of all matters related to Military Medical Simulations Training and use of Medical Training Center or Clinical Skills Lab materials and needs. Minimum Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Paramedic, Former Special Forces Medic (18D), Licensed Physician Assistant Four years of military experience as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer (E-5 or above), with at least two years of experience in project or personnel management. Project Management experience in developing training or mobilization plans. Military medical experience with Role 2 or Role 3 Army Field Medical Treatment Facilities, Air Force Expeditionary Medical Support Systems, or Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility operations. Must be BLAS, ALS, and PALS certified within 90 days of hire. Must be Instructor Qualified in ALS and PALS within 180 days of hire. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
