We are currently looking to fill a full time Customer Care Representative role in our Customer Care department. This position will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders/agents/funeral homes. This is a great opportunity to get call experience working for a stable company in the insurance industry. What You'll Do The ideal applicant will possess the following characteristics: Customer Service oriented Self-motivated Dynamic, friendly, and outgoing personality Team oriented Detail oriented Requirements What We'll Love About You High School diploma or equivalent Ability to speak English and Spanish Basic computer operation skills Ability to type 35 wpm Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to pay close attention to detail Ability to quickly lean new processes and procedures Ability to work Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:45p Have 100mb download speed and 50mb upload speed Must be a wired connection or a fiber connection for your internet provider What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture.
