Position Summary SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Government Property Administrator to support our Government Compliance Department. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Asset management and control, including receiving, tracking, shipping, and disposition. Inventory control and planning. Coordinate with Corporate Property Administrator, Accounting Manager, and Contracts Manager to reconcile both Government and Company property records, perform audits, maintain databases, and track assets. May perform other office administration roles as well, including but not limited to purchasing support, tracking employee schedules, updating/reviewing monthly reports, preparing assets for and coordinating shipping, and working with vendors for facility maintenance. Qualifications Must be experienced with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other office-administration software tools. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively and clearly. Must have experience with asset management, including inventorying, auditing, and receiving. Familiarity with Government asset transfer and movement mechanisms a plus (DD250, DD1149, SF1428, etc.) Experience with asset management system such as AssetWorks or A2B Tracking preferred. Experience with Government Property tools and information systems is desired (e.g., PCARRS, PIEE, WAWF, eTools, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
