We are searching for a Cyber Security Engineer (Senior) to join our team and support our project at the AllNet Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Position Type: Hybrid; minimum 2 days onsite weekly in Las Vegas, Nevada Travel Requirements: All travel (100%) will be local to Las Vegas Primary Responsibilities: The Cyber Security Engineer will be the primary contact for security design, operations, and compliance of the AllNet infrastructure. This includes system design, implementation, and operation; regulatory compliance; user and vendor compliance including training, process, and technical controls; policy creation, audit, and implementation; threat mitigation; and auditing. Will work closely with IT operations personnel on risk mitigation and user security events and the Master Technology Integrator on solution design. Position will report to the AllNet PMO PM and Sr Enterprise Architect and will include working with internal and external teams and/or vendors to define their IT requirements, testing of new technologies, selection of technology, and implementation. Provide subject matter expert experience to the responsibilities listed. Provide leadership and guidance to construction, design, and planning teams related to all aspects of datacenter and network security. Including but not limited to system design, implementation, and operation; regulatory compliance; user and vendor compliance including training, process, and technical controls; policy creation, audit, and implementation; threat mitigation; and auditing. Documentation skills including Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar applications. Experience in large venue IT builds ideally mixed-use retail, hospitality, convention, and arena Experience in new IT infrastructure builds Ability to write statements of work (SOW) and review bid submissions Experience Requirements: Minimum 15y of technical knowledge and experience with at least 5y in large venue security design and implementations. Years of experience required will be flexible depending on type, scale, and responsibilities of positions held. CISSP or similar preferred.
