In this role, you will make an impact in our company by Set up and operate machinery used in the extrusion process. Perform routine maintenance and maintain proper adjustment of machinery, including crosshead breakdown and assembly. In process inspection of equipment, raw materials and final product to assure compliance with Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and Manufacturing Specifications. Accurately record all necessary information needed for traceability and inventory control. Perform in-line printing of product according to procedures. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify Inventory Control of low levels or defective materials. Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and Manufacturing Specifications regarding the extrusion process. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. May assist other positions in department as needed. The successful candidate will have Education High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of extrusion, compounding or machine operating experience
