As a Mechanical Engineer at TRUE, you will lead cross-functional projects to provide innovative market offerings in the strength and cardio market. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time What you'll be doing Championing new product development Creating and modifying 2D and 3D designs in SOLIDWORKS Creating and managing product documentation Managing the product review process Managing project workloads Pivoting between small and large projects in various stages of development Providing subject matter expertise in support of departmental projects Traveling Problem solving at customer sites Participating in Trade Shows Some international travel may be required Skills you possess BSME or MSME 3+ years' experience in consumer products 3D CAD, preferably SOLIDWORKS, experience Experience in machine design and linkage design Strong communication and collaboration skills Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Project experience TRUE offers an extensive, employee focused benefits package, generous PTO, ad 401k eligibility that starts on day one.
