Role Summary: INCCRRA is seeking a Grants & Partnerships Specialist to work in the Learning and Development Department. This position will work collaboratively with internal and external partners on specific short- and long-term grants and projects. In this role, the specialist will oversee tasks and programs associated with various funding sources. Programs involved include, but are not limited to Gateways Registry, Pyramid Model Implementation, Preschool Development Grant Birth - 5, and Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants. C oordinate with all necessary partners to ensure that projects are moving forward on time Review, revise, and recommend policy changes as appropriate Plan, coordinate, and implement professional development events Ensuring projects adhere to work plans and state system goals Facilitation of virtual and in-person professional development events Communication with partners Reporting and evaluation of projects Other duties as assigned . Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking skills Strong technology skills including previous experience working in virtual learning platforms Detail oriented with the ability to manage several projects Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work in groups and alone Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task **We are actively recruiting for this role and will not wait for the closing date of this posting before interviewing or identifying a candidate in which to make an offer to.
