Position: Manufacturing Assembler Location: Londonderry, NH USA Work Schedule: Full time position. For six months of the year (spring/summer), the department operates on a 9/80 work schedule (a two-workweek schedule of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one day off) and the remainder of the year the regular work schedule is 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Manufacturing Assembler Man ufacturing As sembler Job Summary The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling, aligning, wiring, and testing of the company's products. The Manufacturing Assembler should have good mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and be ready to assist with other assigned tasks when required. The Manufacturing Assembler will take the initiative to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team to assemble components following process instructions based on blueprints, specific job specifications, pictures, and oral and written specifications. Manufacturing Assembler Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble products based on drawings, blueprints, and pictures Follow assembly and test procedures to meet quality and functionality standards Accurately document data (manually and electronically) Wire electric motors and sub-assemblies using a wiring schematic Assemble components using basic handheld power tools Operate HVLP paint sprayer Operate pneumatic tools, such as framing gun and stapler Operate power tools such as radial arm saw, and panel saw Prepare equipment for shipment, including the packaging and assembling of wooden crates to ship product when workload requires assistance in shipping area Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications: Required Ability to operate an electric forklift Ability to used basic hand tools Basic computer and writing skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment Ability to work within time constraints, understand the sense of urgency and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently and have a strong attention to detail required to manufacture the highest quality assemblies while meeting manufacturing schedules Must be punctual, self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as part of team Must be able to apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and fix product defects Must be able to lift / move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift is required Ability to bend, kneel, and ascend/descend stairs is required Preferred Previous mechanical assembly experience Basic wiring/electrical knowledge Manufacturing Assembler Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience - willing to train Admix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
