Position Title: Maintenance Technician Location: St. Charles, MO Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, inspections and repairs as well as enhancements of buildings and plant equipment across multiple locations. Job Responsibilities: Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance on building and company equipment. Performs daily/monthly/annual inspections on equipment/machinery. Data entry into management software systems. Assists with building and equipment enhancements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Required Skills and Experience: High School or equivalent, or Technical School diploma required. Must have 1-2 years' experience with mechanical or facilities maintenance background including minor electrical, hydraulics, plumbing and some HVAC knowledge. Must be able to use a Man-Lifts, forklifts, and company vehicles to complete required tasks. Must be able to multi-task and complete projects within established timelines. Must be flexible to support maintenance tasks across multiple locations. Must be willing to obtain Class E Drivers License. Preferred Skills: Shop Mechanic experience. Basic Computer skills. Associates Degree or Certificate from a trade school. Class E Drivers License. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in high places from ladders or man-lifts will be required occasionally Physically able to move and transport up to 75 lbs. as needed Physical ability to stand up to 8+ hours per day.
