Role Summary: INCCRRA is seeking an entry level Credential Operations Specialist to join our Professional Opportunities and Development department. This position is responsible for assisting in the processes of awarding of Gateways Credentials. As well as supporting the activities needed to maintain and develop relationships between Gateways to Opportunity and ECE Faculty, and Credential applicants. Support operations and assist in activities important to the efficient operations of the Professional Opportunities and Development department. What's in it for you? Healthy work-life balance with flexible work hours. What will you be doing? Assist in the processing of credential applications received and finalize the awarding of the Gateways Credentials. Maintain accurate documents and files related to the entitlement of higher education institutions. Prepare statements, reports and documents for both internal and external requests. Support the convening of the annual Gateways to Opportunity Higher Education Forum. Provide excellence in customer service has accurate communication skills. Have a positive and honest attitude, a high-level attention to detail, with accurate organizational skills. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Contribute to communications and dissemination efforts. This position is 100% based as an in-office position. One week each year, during the Annual Forum, additional or modified/extended work hours may be required. Knowledge, Skills and abilities we are looking for: Working knowledge of operating systems include/but not limited to: Communication systems such as regular use of email, phone, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office software including excel. Completion of 4- years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of two years of college or graduation from a two year technical college with an associate degree. Or more than 2- years and up of experience. **We are actively recruiting for this role and will not wait for the closing date of this posting before interviewing or identifying a candidate in which to make an offer to.
