About the role: Our Design and Sales Consultants create bathrooms that exceed our clients every expectation. From understanding the client to understanding the huge range of products and technical skill involved in bathroom design, our Design and Sales Consultants must be creative, personable and proactive problem: solvers. Key responsibilities: Develop and build sales, taking advantage of all Sales opportunities in the showroom or other direct enquiries Promote and provide the Ripples design service by following the Ripples sales procedure including arranging home visits, preparing designs, preparing quotations, presenting those designs and closing sales in a timely manner Be part of the team and work with the Senior Design Sales in order to develop and refine your skills Ensure a high: standard showroom experience, from meeting and greeting potential clients to helping to design new showroom displays About you: Experience in retail sales or design would be beneficial, but if youre just starting out on your career or new to our industry we can teach you about bathroom design and sales; although you must have some essential skills to thrive: You are a self: motivated individual who is a good communicator.
