The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive background in real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts.Duties:Negotiate and draft closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases, subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, and property management agreements.Handle diverse real estate transaction documents focusing on precision and attention to detail.Provide expertise in joint venture and project finance matters.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions.Demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting various real estate transaction documents.Bar membership in good standing in CA.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active Bar membership in California.Skills:Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.Effective problem-solving skills.Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collaboration.
