Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Job Overview: Our Youth Residential Program is an intensive therapeutic community home in which youth ages 11-17 receive 24-hour supervision and intensive treatment services in a trauma-informed treatment milieu, with a goal of transitioning to a lower level of service or reunification.Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group therapy, attend treatment team meetings * Provide appropriate intervention strategies, and adjust services accordingly. * Effectively engage and interact with clients, continually assesses clients' needs and develop and implement treatment and crisis plans development/debriefing with family/residents. * Work collaboratively with coworkers and agency staff to effectively communicate and problem-solve.Requirements: * Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field and an active NJ license in good standing in one of the following: LAC, LSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW or LMFT * Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.We Provide: * An Innovative culture that encourages you to grow and learn with the agency * Mission-driven core * Health, Vision and Dental coverage for you and your family * 401(k) with up to a 5% employer match * Generous time-off * Flexible Spending Accounts * Year-end performance bonusesDepartment/ProgramCC10107 Intensive In-community Services - Cumb., Glouc., Salem
