The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing Employment law compliance advice, handling litigation matters, and contributing to corporate MA transactions. Strong research and analytical skills, exceptional writing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects while directly engaging with clients are essential for success in this role. Duties:Provide Employment law compliance advice and counseling.Handle litigation, including trade secrets, employee mobility, wrongful termination, and employment discrimination cases.Prepare and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment-related contracts and policies.Conduct due diligence and draft/negotiate employment-related aspects of purchase and merger agreements in corporate MA transactions.Exercise sound legal and business knowledge in a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients on ongoing matters.Balance multiple projects and be responsive to client advice and counseling requests. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.3-4 years of experience in Employment and Labor law. Skills:Strong research and analytical skills.Exceptional writing abilities.Comfort in dealing directly with clients.Ability to balance multiple projects effectively.Legal and business knowledge in Employment and Labor law.
