Are you a motivated food service industry professional looking for a new supervisory position? You could be the ideal candidate for our next shift manager position at our quick service restaurant. This position is in charge of scheduling employees, assigning tasks to them, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that our customers receive food and beverages as quickly as possible. You should have prior experience working in a fast food or quick service restaurant, as well as excellent organizational skills and some supervisory experience. Apply now if this sounds like a fantastic opportunity Responsibilities: • Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner• Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness• Order supplies and coordinate product deliveries to keep track of inventories and make sure every location is well stocked• Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels• Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly to ensure fast and prompt service of food and beverages Qualifications: • Previous management or supervisory experience is required• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired• Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills• Prior food service experience is required, preferably in fast food or quick service as well as the ability to perform different restaurant employee roles• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly About Company: Slice Street Pizza is a fresh new take-out, delivery, and drive-thru pizza concept, committed to the notion that you should be able to get Great Food, at Great Prices, with Great speed.
