Skill Overview: Previous experience does not matter as long as you are comfortable talking on the phone to customers Hiring Criteria: (1) Can pass a background check (2) Has worked 6 months+ at their most recent role, (3) Ok with $11/hr (4) Want to stay with the company long term (5) Have a good/valid reason for your last position ending.
