Our team is looking for an energetic, responsible, leader that possesses the drive and initiative to be a best in class operator for our facility outside of Nashville, TN. The shift is typically Monday Friday 5:30 AM 2:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed throughout the year. You will be expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the shift start and stay until all end of day reports have been completed (15-30 minutes). We pay weekly and there are weekly bonuses for attendance/ performance The ideal candidate will possess the following: Daily professional interaction and engagement with the customer and their team Experience in operating a Forklift / Clamp truck Computer literate Basic Excel / Word / Email Use of personal cell phone is required at times Proven track record leading a team of individuals Constant analysis and staff adjustments based on customer s volume Must be an open minded team player that can collaborate well with others Ability to be on time, lead by example Consistently look for ways to improve individual, team and company performance Familiarity with safety and OSHA regulations Time management skills, organization, structure Ability to effectively delegate authority and build company s bench strength for future leaders High level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task and provide follow up at all levels Maintaining and filing of employee documents, safety training & certifications, company communications, etc Bi-lingual speaking is a plus
