Must have experience in general maintenance repairs including the following duties: - General Electrical repairs - General Plumbing repairs - Carpentry and Sheetrock repairs - Some HVAC and Heating repair experience - Minor Appliance Repairs - Complete make readies for vacant units in a timely manner - Must be able to use an electric sewer machine - Has all-around general maintenance skills - You must have your own tools and transportation Respond to this ad with your contact information
