About us Link High Technologies Inc. is an MSP located in Florham Park, NJ with clients throughout the tri-state area.We are professional, fast-paced, and customer-centric. We are looking for an Experienced Systems/Project Engineer with 5+ Years of MSP experience who will join our Projects Team and assist with Office 365 migrations, Azure Servers, Azure Virtual Desktops, Mimecast Email Security Gateway, etc. as needed. Also, a good percentage of our clients in the manufacturing/distribution markets still have on-premise servers and network infrastructure to maintain and expand. Not a remote position . Engineer will report to our Florham Park offices. Certification training materials and approved tests will be covered by the company. Room to grow within the organization. Flexibility in scheduling if remote day is needed. Responsibilities and Duties The candidate should not be opposed to performing a wide variety of IT support ranging from simple desktop support to complex server and network issues, as dictated by clients and available work. The candidate will work with the remote support team, technical account managers, and our project team. Qualifications and Skills Non-Technical: Client-facing interaction to create a project Statement of work and escalations from the remote support team.Willingness to take ownership of issues and take initiative. Ability to follow internal procedures and document tickets and time daily in our PSA ( Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must.Commit to continuous education, certification, and self-improvement.Ability to communicate technical solutions to clients in a manner that is easily understood by clients. Technical 5+ years of RECENT professional experience with a MSP/VAR or IT consulting firmMicrosoft Windows (server and desktop), AD/DNS- Highly ProficientSonicWall Firewall or similar Corporate Firewall-ProficientOffice 365 (administrationtroubleshooting\migration)- Highly ProficientMicrosoft Sharepoint/Intune- Working knowledgeAzure- ( Server. Virtual Desktops) ProficientNetworking connectivity & VLANS- Highly ProficientVirtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V and or VMWare) Highly ProficientBackup Technologies such as Datto or similarExperience with ConnectWise Manage, Automate, or similar products is highly preferredMeets all assigned technical training goals Benefits Medical/Dental 100 % paid by employer.PTO policy, which increases with tenure401 K Retirement with 3 % company contribution.Life Insurance- paid by the employerShort Term/Long-Term Disability - paid by employerMicrosoft and other approved certification tests 100% reimbursed.
