The ideal candidate should possess excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills, with a preference for candidates with labor and employment experience. Duties:Conducting legal research and analysis related to eDiscovery matters.Collaborating with legal teams to develop strategies for document review and production.Managing the entire eDiscovery process, including data collection, preservation, and analysis.Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to eDiscovery issues.Advising clients on best practices and legal implications of eDiscovery processes. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.3-5 years of experience, specifically in eDiscovery.Strong understanding of relevant industry affiliations and legal standards.Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.
