You must be willing to:? Work 1st shift (6 3) or 2nd shift (3-12)? Supervise hourly workers preforming sheet metal fabrication, weld, paint, assembly work? Work on the production floor in hot summer weather Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? High School/GED? 2-3 years? experience, preferably out of a sheet metal fabrication, weld, paint, assembly type environment?
