Primary Care physician job in Florida : Primary Care Physician Tampa, FL We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible PrimaryCare Physician to join our practice. We are one of the largest providers inFlorida and rapidly expanding. Our ideal Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy willhold a current unrestricted Florida medical license. Benefits and Compensation for Primary Care Physician Competitive compensation plusmonthly bonus Malpractice insurance will be paid by Employer Eligibility for enrollment into company's health and benefit plans, which include: health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level) Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid) Eligibility to participate in 401(k) plan with company matching CME annual allowance of $500.00 Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA 136 hours of Paid Time Off One week of paid time off for CME Ten paid holidays Requirements for Primary Care Physician Physician Active Florida MedicalLicense Doctor of Medicine of Osteopathywith a degree from an accredited college Board Certification or BoardEligible required Responsibilities for Primary Care Physician Working Monday Friday from 8am 5pm Collect, record, and maintainpatient information, such as medical history, reports, and examinationresults. Analyze records, reports, testresults, or examination information to diagnose medical condition ofpatients. Make diagnoses when differentillnesses occur together or in situations where the diagnosis maybeobscure. Explain procedures and discusstest results or prescribed treatments with patients. Prescribe or administermedication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat orprevent illness, disease, or injury. Monitor patients' conditions andprogress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary. #MASC102 #ZR
