Toufayan Bakery is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic For off shifts to assure overall equipment effectiveness with regard to production lines. The idealcandidate must be able to perform general and preventative maintenance and repair of Industrial equipment, facility,Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Essential FunctionsSet up, maintain and repair high speed production linesConduct basic general and preventative maintenance repairs as per assigned work ordersMaintain a variety equipment by repairing, servicing and replacing components as needed.Troubleshoot and optimize Production line operationGrease and oil motors and production equipmentCoordinate and follow up on maintenance tasksPerform other tasks within skill level as assigned by supervisorTroubleshoot maintenance problems in accordance with established proceduresUnderstand and follow established safety procedures, including but not limited to PPE, LOTO, etc.Participate in mandatory training,Maintain working equipment and toolsOther duties assigned by management Education High school diploma or Equivalent
